Music

Welcome to the VUHS Music Department

VUHS offers a variety of musical experiences for both experienced and novice musicians.  Students may explore traditional band and choral ensembles or try their hands at world drumming or piano.

High school ensembles have performed at adjudication festivals in Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Walt Disney World, Cleveland, Toronto, Annapolis and Williamsburg, consistently earning high ratings.

The annual musical production involves over a hundred dedicated performers and technical crew members who work together to produce an amazing show each year.

For current students and families, we hope that these pages will have pertinent information that will keep you organized and informed.  For the rest, we hope that these pages will encourage you to explore music at VUHS.  Everyone is welcome!
