Highlights from the 2025-2026 VUMHS Fusion Program!

What a successful VUMHS Fusion program we have had this year.  I have been so lucky to offer our students some wonderful programs this school year, along with offering ALL Fusion, Drama and Sports kids free after school meals.  Thank you to the hard work of awesome food service staff for making this happen.
Some of our wonderful programs that have been offered this year are:

  • Middlebury Snowbowl Ski & Ride Program
  • Mean Girls - High School Musical
  • Matilda Jr. - Middle School Muscial
  • Self Care Organics
  • Spring Rowing
  • Math Lab - academic support for middle and high school students

More Information on After School & Summer Programs

Session 5I cannot believe that the 2025-2026 VUMHS Fusion Program is coming to an end.  Session 5 starts May 4 and ends on May 29, with the exception of Spring Rowing which will end the first week of June.  Our major accomplishment this session will be our production of Matilda Jr. on May 15 & 16.  These middle schoolers have worked so hard over the last few months, and could not have done it with the support of our high school helpers.  Thank you so much to Sagan, Petra, Abby L. and Abigail B for getting us all to where we are today.  Another shout out I would like to add is to our wonderful parent volunteers that have helped with costumes, tech week meals and set design!  Hats off to you Lindsey, Heidi, Sarah, Devin and Jory!!  My final shout out goes to our directing duo, Stacy and Amanda.  Well done ladies.  Your hours of hard work have paid off .  Many thanks to the parents and community members who have also put in endless hours of support.  It truly takes a village.

Summer planning is currently underway, and I can not wait to spend the month of July with our rising 6th graders and our current middle and high schoolers who have signed up for the program.
