In this Course students will learn basic digital photography skills while they explore; lighting, color and composition. Students will learn the various functions of a digital camera, including manual setting such as aperture and f-stops. A majority of the semester will be devoted to understanding the program Photoshop and how it is used to enhance and refine photographs. Class time will be spent working on various photography assignments and learning how to incorporate layers, levels and other Photoshop tools into a wide variety of images.
